Conodonts are a group of extinct microfossils known from the Late Cambrian approximately 500 million years ago to the Late Triassic about 200 million years ago. 

COUNTRY IT LIVED IN
THE CONODONT LIVED IN THE OCEAN NEAR THE TROPICAL REALMS.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
conodont animals record an eel-like creature 
and razor like teeth.

why its extinct 
The Cambrian Ordovician extinction event occurred approximately 488 million years ago This early Paleozoic extinction event extirpated many conodonts.  These environmental catastrophes caused the extinction of the conodonts along with 34% of other marine genera

The era of the mosasaurus is from the mesofoic era.

The mosasaurus lived in the seas during cretaceous period.


CHARACTERISTICS 
Mosasaurs are all long and sleek They have arms and legs that evolved into flippers Their jaws contain numerous conical teeth. 

WHY ITS EXTINCT

Mosasaurs went extinct during the Cretaceous-Paleogene extinction event which killed all of the dinosaurs.

These birds were known to live in Brazil

Characteristics
They have a green forehead, a  fading  teal blue which covers the nape, back, tail, and wings. The chest and underside of the wings and belly are a light golden yellow.



Why it's extinct
Due to deforestation in its limited range and it's habitat, The bird has been rare  to find in the wild.
