Natural Gas Composition
Raw natural gas is composed of several gases. The main component is methane. Other components include ethane, propane, butane, and many other combustible hydrocarbons

How the Gas Plant Works
The way a Gas Plant Station works is that, Some power plants run on coal, while others use oil, natural gas, or methane gas form decomposing rubbish. Furnace: The fuel is burned in a giant furnace all natural gas plants use a gas turbine; natural gas is added, along with a stream of air, which com-busts and expands through this turbine

Benifits and Risks
Natural gas is the cleanest-burning hydrocarbon. It is abundant and versatile, helping meet growing demand for energy globally, and able to partner with renewable energy sources. We cool natural gas to liquid for easy shipping to energy-hungry places, and we convert it to make lower-emission fuels and other products.

The other important risk is natural gas price volatility, but this is a risk that the industry has decades of experience with.
